Modification of our Terms of Service

We decided to modify the "Privacy Policy" in our Terms of Service due to current legal situation:

Privacy Policy

Load.to Uploadservice neither collects user's IP address nor the time at which user uploaded a file or the file's URL, which is subject to current data privacy laws. So any data won't be shared with any third party companies or individuals.

    I really like your service, but i've got a problem. i often upload my files with the upload tool you have. But almost every file gets me an error. it's uploading the entire file and then there stands: error and in the link file are no links.
    If i upload the files at your website, there's no problem. But its very annoying to upload many files over the website.
    could you maybe fix this bug?

  2. We're working on a new upload tool beacause it doesn't work properly with our modified system on the page.

  3. Set up an ftp server on your machine, and give the upload link as an ftp-link. A good ftp server for windows is guildftp, and for linux there are a number of options. Don't forget to "allow hammering" (if there is a setting for that), and make sure your router forwards port 21 to your ftp server.
