Performance Upgrades

We made some performance upgrades today, so all download servers should run better than before. Server #15 (s15) will follow in the next few days to unload the other servers.

If have suggestions for improvements for Load.to, please tell us. Thanks.

  2. Thank you very much for the provided services, I discovered this site today and it was a really nice surprise (because you are clearly among the best in this domain, you don't have the "annoyance factor" aka 600 seconds wait, small file size limit or really limited speeds, everything is perfect as it is). I will make sure to tell my friends about this site and click on advertisements as much as I can in order to keep these features free :)

  3. I don't know how much control you have over the google ads posted on your site, but I have a small suggestion: I have disabled my adblock for this site in order to click on the ads and give something in return for the awesome features, but there's one thing that annoys me: pop-ups in other languages (deutsch usually), there are relatively few people among the visitors who speak that specific language as their first language so most of your visitors will just be annoyed, won't click on anything and will activate an ad blocker... It would be better if those pop-ups were in English or if they were replaced by another column of text ads/image ads on the site. I'm saying this because I love the site and won't reactivate my ad-blocker anyhow, but not everybody thinks like me and this way, over the course of time, you will have to find new ways (most likely "premium features") to increase your income in order to keep this site going and that will ruin it :(

  4. Remote upload via FTP is on our to-do-list. You will be informed here when it is available.

The idea with the ads is good. Do You know some prifitable affiliates to advertize for?

  5. I love this site! As another user said, no annoyance factor- 600 second wait - speed limit ect. Also another thing i think would be an improvement both user friendly and financially helpful would be support for download managers (for signed in free/premium accounts) Somehow make a user view a *quick* non-invasive ad before their download.
